Redefining the tradicional hotel concept by creating local experiences
Casa Bonay opened its doors in 2016 and is located a 25-minute drive from Barcelona Airport and a 5-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya. The building was renovated from the beautiful house of 1869 preserving all the floors, ceilings and sliding doors of old hydraulic tiles. The hotel has 67 rooms with typical Eixample neighborhood style, many of which offer a small terrace with beautiful views of the city. The rooms also include yoga mats, movie streaming from the MUBI and bath products from Malin+Goetz to make the guests’ stay as comfortable as possible.
Casa Bonay has a total of five unique spaces that can be adapted to the requirements of any event. From a terrace surrounded by an urban garden with views towards Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes to Nica space able to host an event with capacity for 250 people.
Another distinctive feature of the hotel is the diversity of the gastronomic offer. Bodega Bonay, a sanctuary of natural wine and quality products and Libertine, a place to enjoy a dinner with extraordinary cocktails. On the other hand there is a Chiringuito, a rooftop restaurant with seasonal BBQ, tapas and a selection of natural wines and the Satan’s Coffee Corner, the perfect place to have you daily coffee in a cozy atmosphere.
