Due to the pandemic, measures have been taken to guarantee the protection of clients and workers against Covid-19. That is why upon entering Purohotel, we can see the new standards and procedures in place like hydroalcoholic gel available in all common areas. Also the mandatory use of masks in all the public spaces, and stickers on the floor that indicate where to stand in order to maintain distance while waiting at the front desk.
In addition, all Purohotel staff has been trained to develop the new protection standards and new procedures established against Covid-19, in terms of hygiene and safety as well as in terms of client service. A mask and new disinfection protocols are used during all times, using biocidal products and reinforced cleaning.
The common spaces have also been adapted to guarantee a safe stay. The Beatnik restaurant has eliminated paper menus that have been replaced with QR codes where guests can access all the food and beverage available in a safe way and minimizing risks.

The capacities of the spaces and rooms have also been reduced to a 50%, in order to respect social distance required. Another change due to the pandemics, is that now the buffets are served at the guest table in order to avoid crowds and unnecessary movement. Likewise, in the Private Wing the same security procedures have been established as in the rest of the hotel. In the Wellness area, the use of the common space has been reduced and treatments must be done using a mask throughout their duration.
