We are so happy to celebrate our 2nd anniversary and so grateful to our clients in Spain that believe in us since the beginning of our project. On the other side we have to say a BIG THANK YOU to all the people we see during our business trips when we travel to promote our DMC and Hotels. We would like to share with you some highlights from the past 2 years.
We started in June 2015 representing the DMC Incentives Barcelona and Hotel Chain Selenta Group (former Expo Hotels & Resorts), in December 2015 Hotel Calipolis in Sitges joined our portfolio and in March 2016 Hotel Emperador in Madrid joined our company. Since the beginning of 2017 MAX Tourism has grown gradually, adding to our portfolio 3 fantastic hotels very different from each other, which has been a great complement to our hotel offer to date.
It is a real pleasure to count since March with Hotel Camiral at PGA Catalunya Resort, located 45 minutes from Barcelona and 10 minutes from Girona and part of “Leading Hotels of the World”. In addition, in April Hotels Barcelona Princess & Negresco Princess joined our company, with which we have already made our first Sales Trip to Copenhagen.
During the last 2 years we have made already 12 Business Trips to Scandinavia, visited more than 200 event agencies, have had more than 30 meetings during IBTM introducing Scandinavian Hosted Buyer to our clients in Spain and received a relevant number of requests. When it comes to Social Media, we have published over 60 articles in our MAXblog and posted news about our clients and destinations on a regular basis in Facebook & Twitter.
